OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Cooling Rack and Baking Rack

Use this on my outdoor barbeque so I don’t have to clean the grates. I just put this rack into the d/w and it comes out clean.

I bought this cookie rack for a different purpose. I needed something to keep my gaming laptop cool. My laptop is a heavy 17" one and runs kind of hot, and this rack is big enough for it to sit on with about 1/2" to spare on each side. I turned the rack upside down and duct taped it to my lap desk. The resulting lip that runs the long way keeps my laptop from sliding into my body while I'm using it. I also bake and I would definitely use it for that purpose, if I didn't already have a good cookie rack. It's very sturdy and has a nice finish that looks like cookies might not stick to it, although I haven't used it for that.

We recently got a new oven with a built in air fryer and learned that in order to truly crisp food, you need some sort of tray that allows food to be surrounded by heat (especially on the underside, which is why regular flat trays don’t work well). There are lots of dedicated air fryer basket products, but I realized that a simple wire rack like this could be combined with a baking sheet we already own, which could save money AND space (since those dedicated air fryer baskets can be pretty bulky). Even though the OXO cooling rack isn’t marketed specifically for this, it has worked perfectly for us. It fits like a glove in a standard 13x18in sheet, and the handles are a nice touch that most similar products seem to lack. Easy to clean due to the non-PFOA coating and food comes out nice and crispy, and it can be stowed away inside the baking sheet to take up much less space than a dedicated air fryer basket would’ve. Glad we went with this instead.

I really like this rack. The handles are a great feature, I love it as a cooling rack and as a roasting rack. Easy clean up. Well made. Would recommend.

I have a double oven range and although the OXO half sheet fits perfectly, the handles on this rack extend over the sides of the pan and do not fit in my oven. It seems very sturdy and fits into the pan nicely, but unfortunately I have to return it because of the handles. If you have a standard type of oven, it will be great.

As a working mom who also works the graveyard shift, I LOVE this rack! I've had it 2 weeks and I've used it to cook tempura shrimp, french fries, bacon, chicken beast, baked potato's and roast veggies as well as the normal function of a cooling rack for cookies. It works so well. I didn't think it would make much of a difference, and originally bought it as a second cooling rack because my cookies kept disintegrating through the slats of my other one. But based on a prior review I tried it for cooking and no more flipping and turning halfway through because the air circulates better than my air fryer! It super simple to clean since it's nonstick, I use a nylon dish brush and my sink sprayer. Its also easy to store. Totally worth the $15.

I needed a new cooling/cooking rack as my last one just wasn’t great. The rack is very sturdy. It doesn’t bend if you hold one side, and I feel like you can place fairly heavy foods on it. I love the legs and how it elevates the rack. It’s very well made.

You can tell this is a good quality product just by looking at it. The material is really sturdy, doesn’t bend and the paint doesn’t chip easily. I love the colour too, it’s a beautiful gold tone. This fits our cookie pan perfectly. Wish I could buy more but they’re a little expensive.

As others have said this is a quality item. I little more expensive than others but its worth it. I would buy again if I needed another. I also bought the AmazonBasics Silicone Baking Mat Sheet and the Nordicware Natural Aluminum Commercial Baker's Half Sheet. All items fit together nicely.
