Well designed, easy to use, and It Works!
Waited until I actually needed this and used it. My '99 Dakota wouldn't turn over because the dome light was left on. Easy to hook up and worked to start the 318 cu in/5.2L truck engine right away.

Works well, but hard to store. Suggest not letting it freeze.

Solidly built, not yet tested
I did not get to use it for real, but it is solidly built, read-outs are clear and it is a hefty battery which holds a large amount of charge. All functions other than jumping a car work as described.

Does what I need, it’ll jump a car even after the pack has been sitting a while, and it has been in my carryon luggage and I had no issues

Does not work
After it arrived, I charged it overnight. Then I placed it back in its original bag and then into the original box to keep for emergencies. It remained in the garage for several weeks. It was never dropped or exposed to water or excessive heat. I had the occasion to actually use the jump starter and it seems to be dead. Lights don’t come on when I turn it on. I tried charging it but nothing. Very disappointing. I contacted their customer service through Amazon, but no reply. I requested a return through Amazon from the company and after several days no reply. Would avoid this product.

Works Exactly as Advertised
I got tired of having to wait hours for roadside services. I keep it changed and ready and now I can bless a friend or a stranger having a bad. I drive a hybrid and they’re a little finicky when it comes to jump starters, but this little beauty works like a charm. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made.
