I personally love land of the lustrous the story is so unique and the characters are very interesting the volumes may be a bit expensive but is completely Worth the money !!

I adore houseki no kuni and I was incredibly excited to get this. The print was in really good quality and the book is good but the back cover and a few back pages are a little damaged. A bit disappointed but the book is fine :(

Although I give this manga 5 stars for the story and art and highly recommend it, the print production quality for the English language editions really isn't very good, especially compared to the Japanese copies, which is a problem I've been finding with a lot of Kodansha's English books. My copy of volume 3 arrived with dozens of pages where it seemed like the printer was running out of ink - the artwork was grey and faded and in places barely visible (I compared with the Japanese editions to double check this wasn't intentional, but there are no such problems in the original books).

Bought for my son. Aiming to purchase the whole set!

Land of the lustrous is awesome

I ordered Volume 1-12, Vol 7 had a big tear at the back cover, and Volume 1 and 3 were badly water damaged. Hugely disappointed.

just buy it (preferentially don't buy it on amazon like me, cause they're evil)
