Very nice mantel clock. Size is a little smaller than I thought. Fits nice on my wooden mantel. Keeps good time. Recommended.

This clock is very well designed, substantial, hefty, and the fit and finish is superb! I'm very proud to have it, worth every penny (and there were a lot of pennies needed to buy this).

The clock keeps good time and is attractive sitting on our mantle. Only issue is that it is sometimes difficult to see the position of the hands and the time due to the glare on the glass front. Especially when viewing it from the side.

This had potential for a great clock. However, the Roman numeral 4 is IV, NOT IIII. This would not ever have happened in a Japanese or Swiss made clock. Second, the alignment of the clock is askew, about 10 degree slanted/rotated. Can't see at a distance but clear if you are up close. Third, the adjustment of the time his nearly hidden and near impossible to adjust. It is difficult to turn and then see what time has been set. For a rather expensive unit I guess it is no longer what one paid but where it is made. The face is small, good for a bed room but not so good for an office. Pity!

The brushed silver numeral ring makes it impossible to read in evening lamp light. But I can still see the hands. Not what I wanted but it’s still a beauty and keeps good time. I’m keeping it.
