Earplugs that work!
I finally found ear plugs that work! My old foam ear plugs gave me pressure headaches in the mornings. These block out the noise and even though I am a side sleeper they are super comfortable and have not fallen out yet. They come with a cute little carry case and are very easy to put into the ear. I chose size small. Would recommend. I have washed them and they kept their shape.

Do not fall asleep wearing these!!! I never write reviews but I had to for this. One got stuck in my left ear needed to ask my dad to get tweezers to pull them out at 6am. I panicked…thank God my hearing isn’t damaged
