This could be the solution to our leaky shower, where the grouting in places has failed. The tape is easy to apply, adheres well to the tiles, and so far seems to be successful. How long it will last of course will take time to assess. As for the appearance, that's more a matter of personal taste, but given the choice, I would choose something less obvious than the bright gold.

This was a complete waste of time and money - frankly it is false advertising. Despite following all the instructions given, the tape did not stick - in fact, it started lifting even before the application was completed. Avoid this product!

I thought this product would be useful to freshen up a tired looking shower cubicle. Rather than launch straight into it I applied it in a few test locations and on the whole I was impressed by it. It is easy to work with in the sense that it holds its shape when you are putting it in position. It doesn't stretch or distort so running it along a straight line is relatively easy. The backing peels off without too much fuss to reveal an adhesive surface which sticks well to a variety of surfaces; ceramic tiles, plastic, metal, for example. Cutting it to length only requires basic household scissors but a craft knife works well too and you may need one for those situations where you have to cut around a pipe or similar object. It is also easy to bend (or fold) over edges and once more it doesn't distort when you do so. If you do need to reposition it for any reason it lifts off easily. I haven't tested it for long enough to see if it really is a waterproof gap sealer but so far I have had no problems with it peeling off. Mind you I have only used it for decorative purposes where water is nearby but not running directly on to or over it. At £8.99 for a 50m length it seems excellent value and considering how easy it is to work with I am happy to recommend it.

Questo è un nastro adesivo di larghezza simile al nastro isolante, ma lucido e non elastico al tirarlo. Viene venduto per coprire le fughe ma in realtà non ne cañisconil reale utilizzo, anche perché e realmente troppo largo. Rimane un nastro adesivo nero da usare per altri scopi.
