It did not come with DVD-RW and a came with a different GPU. In my setup DP(or mini-DP) to HDMI adapters never work. Might be the KVM switch, so I wanted the HDMI GPU listed on the page. I somewhat expected this (common with refurb market in general, not specific to this reseller) So I bought a better card ahead of time. It was wrapped well in bubble wrap but they used foam peanuts which always makes a mess. The system was in great condition, super clean in-and-out. Even came with the key to lock the side panel. The accessories were well packaged and nice invoice with all needed info. So 4.5 (so far)

This computer didn't have the number of display ports to the processor listed on the specs. The keyboard that came with it had keys falling off, and that's just things I have issues with so far. I took it out of the box an hour ago..

When the product arrived I realized that the video card had been upgraded from what had been advertised, I did not receive the DVD ROM, however I prefer to have an upgraded video card. Called customer service and they were so very helpful and explicit in their rationale for the video card upgrade. The dvd-rom was not that significant to me and the price of this computer was beyond great. The computer was like new and very well packaged I highly recommend this product.

I've had it for a few months now. It's bizarre to me that, in 2024, you can buy an advanced desktop computer and it comes with Zero HDMI ports. Especially given that it has 4 (!!!) Micro USB ports in the rear. I mean, is there anyone on Earth who wants to use 4 devices that use Micro USB but doesn't want to use any HDMI devices? LOL.Other than that, I really like the plentiful open slots available...I've already added two internal hard drives. One potentially huge problem: This computer does not come with a VGA port for your monitor, and you already know that there are no HDMI ports. So I'm using a HDMI-to-Micro USB cord. Okay, that should work perfectly. BUT...for some reason, the ports in the rear sometimes stop working. If the connecting cord gets jostled even a little bit, my monitor can show a "No signal" message. Sometimes, it works to unplug and move the cord from, say, Port One to Port Two. Or Port Four to Port One, etc. That almost always works. But today, when the problem resurfaced, it took 45 minutes of fiddling, and rebooting, and cursing, until it suddenly did work. These rear ports are obviously not functioning correctly, and so they are more finicky than normal.Other than that; this computer has been fantastic. Using it for web browsing and word processing. (That's nothing, of course.) But also using it to process 400-800 MB photo files inside PhotoShop, which my old computer could not do. The ThinkStation is handling them like a dream. Very quickly, zero crashes, and I could not be happier with its performance.

Had a problem with the machine, but the problem was quickly addressed and solved to my satisfaction. Really good service. The second machine worked perfectly for one week. They sent a replacement drive and the machine was still dead. Likely a motherboard problem with this model in many cases. I don't have time to do quality control for the machines anymore.The reseller refunded my account so service was good. The machines speak for themselves.

PC came without the DVD-RW, but I'm satisfied with the PC.

This computer is exactly what I wanted. It was delivered quickly, within a few days. It was what they described.
