Wow!! Helped me a lot with my fissures. I had multiple fissures and due to lot of driving, work and stress and eating outside food it just kept getting worse. I will definitely recommend this Ujwalla product + Dr Vadiyas piles cure as well ++ make sure to have good diet and normal walks and lots of water intake to see the best effects.
