Normally I wear 40 waist.. With the elastic I ordered size 38 and they fit perfect.. Also the zipper knees have extra room which allow my light weight knee braces underneath. Great for TSA Checkpoints.

Lite weight, comfortable and cool. I use this as a part of my uniform for work and it feels great and still looks professional.

I am very happy with these Convertible Pants! They fit me perfectly 36x30 (I'm 5'11" 195lbs. Very comfortable & plenty of pockets including a Zippered pocket, so as not to lose valuables, keys, license, wallet, etc. Yes they are a tad tighter so don't get a 34W if take 36W. Nice darker grey color.

Very light weight pants, nice pockets, it’s just that the cut of the pants is odd. I wear a 36 waist, 30 inseam, so I ordered the size 36 (which has a 30 inseam according to the size guide). These were about 4 inches too long for me. I checked, and sure enough the inseam on these pants is 30 inches. The problem is the distance from the waist to the top of the inseam (the crotch) is 4 inches longer than standard. So I would have to wear the pants above my waist. I attached a photo with a pair of 36/30 pants laid on top of these. The top of both pair start at the same place and you can see the bottom of these (lighter color khaki) sticking out 4 inches longer at the bottom.

Bought to canoe Northern Tier with Scouts this Summer. These are made of a lightweight material that is somewhat soft, stretchy, and quiet to walk in. A few other pairs we've tried are heavier and make a lot of noise. They taper at the calves slightly more than other pants we've tried which I like (others are like bell-bottoms). I wish both side pockets were zippers, but that's not a deal breaker. The zippers that convert these to shorts are small, but worked. There is an additional open pocket on one side that seems useless since anything you put in it would fall out immediately, but the other pockets are functional. I bought 34x30 for a 6ft tall 173lb man and they fit well - maybe slightly tight.

These pants look and fit great. They are initially water repellent, but over time with washing in laundry, that protection goes away, you may have to re-spray with silicone again if you want the water resistant properties. They are durable, have sat on rough logs and boulders and the seat are has not torn or become frayed. The pants are very lightweight and pack down very well. So very useful for backpacking or moto-camping, as you have either shorts or long pants with this convertible pant.

Me encantaron, tienen un diseño con excelente calidad, los materiales son por mucho muy por arriba de lo que encuentras por aquí, se sienten frescos y a su vez impermeables en caso de lluvias ligeras, además es de que se pueden convertir en shirts por si te da calor, súper frescos con ese clima! Volvería a comprar sin duda ahora de otro color. La talla viene justo como la pides, no hay necesidad de pedir más grande o chica de tu húmero en unos jeans
