These purées are perfect to use for drinks. We use them to make piña coladas on a regular basis, and it is the perfect amount of flavor and consistency.

The flavor is natural tasting.

The box was crushed. And the product started to leak.

A lot of good extra sweet pineapple taste. Consistency is good, especially for mixing in drinks. Good enough for topping ice cream, but a little thicker would be ok too.Speaking of which, it is good on ice cream. That’s all I’ve tried it on so far except for some reason I thought I’d experiment with my coffee. I wouldn’t say it made the coffee extra delicious, but you might. It’ll be used in other drinks.

If you love pineapple - or just like it a lot - this "syrup" is right up your alley. I got it primarily for mixed drinks like pina coladas and baking - as in infusing more flavor to pineapple upsidedown cake. It's a little too thin for an ice cream topping, although it's great for flavoring milkshakes. Yummy!
