Left a sticky residue
Was pleased to find an unscented cleaner for our laminate floors. This left a sticky residue which did not clean off with soapy water so I had to go over the floor a third time with another cleaner and then found they were still dirty as well as smeary and sticky. Left surfaces smeary even with a very clean soft cloth. Would not buy again. Had the same problem with the bathroom cleaner, it did not remove limescale or soap scum so was pointless.

Doesn’t come with the needed spray gun
All pictures show with a spray gun, thought it came with one, it doesn’t! Not happy

Sorry, love your products but the box was broken when delivered so they must have fallen out !

Spay mechanism inexcusably poor
The product is good but the spray mechanism is shockingly bad on both I received. Spray just randomly started not coming out of the nozzle and basically coming out of anywhere but the spray part, just dripping everywhere no matter what I tried. Once, fair enough but twice, no. I won't be buying again

Good Stuff.
Brilliant stuff, really effective with no overpowering smell. Lasts quite a long time. I only use this surface cleaner now.

Good cleaning product
Happy with this product, I miss the freshness after cleaning because it has no smell. I changed this to add a few drops of essential oil to it.
