I don't think they would fall under this. I will say I am very happy with this watch. The mechanics are great. It keeps as good as time as my seiko skx007j. For under $70 this is a great beater watch. Only think I would change is the bracelet. It is not bad but on the less expensive side. You can tell by how it pulls some arm hair every now and then. But if that's the only issue I would be happy!
