Great product and taste nice with milk rather than water. Great and filling

I tested the powder first on my finger and it has a great taste! Very nice and flavourful banana. I'm trying a few different shakes out to see if I can lose the little belly I've gained. I work out 3 times a week which involves weight lifting, ab routine and cardio. I'm also trying to actively reduce my snacking on sweets which is the main culprit of the belly. I mix 2 scoops in 300ml - 50ml less because I wanted to be sure it was thick enough and that's exactly how I like my shakes. It does have a slightly powdery texture but it's still very smooth and tasty. I started drinking my first one at 6:08pm and finished at 6:30pm It kept me full for 2½ - 3 hours which is what I'd hoped for. I was replacing my main dinner with this shake for the entire bag which had 12 servings of 2 scoops(70g) Weight before: 12St 10 - 80.7KG Weight after: 12St 5 - 78.4KG Total loss of 2.3KG - 5lbs - 81oz in 12 days. Started 26 Nov and my last shake was Dec 7th. £10 for 1KG (12 days of 1 dinner replaced per day) really isn't a bad deal at all as that averages £5 per week for dinner. I'll definitely be trying out another flavour soon, I really liked this product!

First of all this has a strong banana taste which I personally enjoyed but might not be for everyone. Having a shake for lunch I felt full through to tea time so it definitely works. The texture is grainy and does feel a bit like drinking oats. I didn't feel like it was chalky and didn't leave any odd tastes or film in my mouth at all. I used a blender to whizz up the shake and found just mixing with water was sufficient to get a good taste and creaminess, however you could use milk to get some extra protein. This is a great choice for a meal replacement and one pack lasts a week or two depending how many meals you opt to replace making it pretty decent value for money.

Good quality, keeps me satisfied for a long time. The taste is a little sickening, but not unbearable.

I bought this after finishing a pack of AltraLife meal replacement which I use for breakfasts. My advice would be to spend a bit more and go for the AltraLife. This shake is overwhelmingly bitter, despite having followed the recipe using scales. Blending a banana in took the edge off but it's generally quite unenjoyable to drink. Otherwise, the texture is good and the oaty notes are quite pleasant - it's just a shame how bitter it is.

A great cost compared to other brands at £1.70 a meal. Some background, I used to be quite overweight (120kg) and ate a lot during a day around 3000 calories. After some adversity, I lost appetite and lost a lot of weight (now 97kg) I've been going to the gym and regained my appetite and I can confirm these shakes do make me full for around 4 hours or so. I have them for lunch (either 12/1pm) and can last till dinner time (7/8pm) although start to get hungry at around the 6pm mark. I've bought both banana smooth and millionaire shortbread. Although both taste great, the millionaire shortbread is a lot better and more of a treat in my opinion. I look forward to the meal if its Millionaire shortbread. The product is a bit gritty and find that the grit works well with the millionaire shortbread as it tastes like an actual dessert. Macros are great, I feel full, great cost at £1.70 a meal, great taste. Will definitely buy again.

allora premetto che non è la prima volta utilizzo sostituto del pasto.. di solito usavo herbalife sia x i frullati che drenanti ecc.. siccome i prezzi di herbalife sono abbastanza alti ho deciso di provare questo tipo.. dopo averne utilizzati altri su amazon tipo "so cute" ecc.. macdevo dire che questo è ottimo lo uso da maggio infatti ho aspettato un po prima di recensire x vedere (visto che già assumeva herbalife) se i risultati fossero uguali.. e invece sono molto meglio di herbalife.. la seconda gravidanza ho preso 25 kg. sono arrivata a 75kg.. partorito maggio 2021 oggi sono 53 kg.. senza fatica.. perché ti rendono sanzia tutto il giorno.. il gusto è qualcosa di spettacolare soprattutto fragola e panna.. (sembra big bable) poi ho usato banana e cioccolato.. consiglio vivamente ovviamente se inizi ad assumerlo e sostituisci un pasto o 2 quello che rimane mica ti mangi un ippopotamo.. comunque il week end mi permetto di mangiare la qualsiasi..

Producto con buen sabor, me gusta mucho, lo uso con agua, y la verdad que me sacia bastante, no se forman grumos como con otras marcas que he probado, y acompañado con ejercicio y una buena alimentación, ayuda a bajar de peso

El sabor a Platano no esta mal pero para mi demasiado dulce, he comprado ahora el de choco para provar a ver si no es tan empalagoso. Por lo demas rapidez en la entrega y a mi me quita el hambre hasta la mañana siguiente y a veces me cuesta desayunar y todo.
