I love this board! It's helped create a burn that I wasn't previously getting with just regular squats. Great addition to an at-home workout. The quality is nice, and it's sturdy. It arrived quickly.

We purchased this for our indoor gym and it is amazing. Not only for squats- which, let me tell you takes the strain off of your knees and you feel it all on your quads and glutes, but you can use it inverted for your bent over deadlifts, what a workout for your hammies!

This one piece squat wedge works great , perfect angle for working the quads while squatting, or doing split one leg squats. The hard rubber is perfect , no smell and is solid.

A few weeks in and it works great so far (mostly squats and calf raises). The foam seems soft for heavy lifting. I am not sure how long it will stand up.
