I've had 3 neck surgeries, both shoulders repaired. I suffer from migraine headaches for 25+ years. I can't count how many pillows I have tried and given away. This is an awesome pillow!! I am amazed with the comfort and support. My neck is just in the right place for comfort. Sleeping on my side hurts my shoulders. With this pillow I fall asleep on my back and wake up on my back. It's wonderful. My headaches have so much better. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone who suffers from Neck, Back or Shoulder problems. I'm going to buy another for when I travel and to use on the couch. Wonderful product.

I have been suffering from pain due severe cervical stenosis and herniated disks for several years now. I have tried different pillows, stacking pillows, adjusting my Sleep Number bed and had not found consistent pain relief. As I researched pain relief solutions for my neck, I ran across this pillow. I read through the description and reviews and decided to take a chance... I am very happy I did!! This pillow has finally provided me with the consistent neck pain relief I needed!! Although I am typically a side sleeper, this pillow has also allowed me to sleep on my back with no issues. Whether I am sleeping on my back or side, the support and pain relief is outstanding and amazing! Please note that I purchased the firm model and that I also sleep with a CPAP device due to sleep apnea. In addition to my pillow, I purchased 2 more, one for my wife and one for our 28 year old son. Although their neck issues are not severe as mine, they have also noticed a big difference in their sleep and relief of neck/shoulder pain due to the great support. Thank you for a great product!!

If you suffer from back pain and wake up with sore muscles, this pillow is for you. I was unable to sleep at night because of my pillows. I tried every pillow out there both expensive and affordable, both fluffy and firm, big and small, I tried it all and nothing worked. I've tried sleeping with multiple pillows and even tried sleeping with one pillow at one point but I kept waking up with back pain. I also thought sleeping on my side and stomach was to blame for this pain but I searched "stomach sleeping pillows" on Amazon and was immediately intrigued by this pillow. The best thing about the Cervical Pillow is the flat neck rest. My main issue with other pillows was I felt my neck wasn't laying flat on the bed, that I was holding it up and straining it throughout the night. I also woke up with migraines with my older pillows but with THIS pillow, I wake up with a straight posture! I have no tense muscles or pain and I felt relief overnight! What makes this different from other pillows is how flat and firm it is. I've seriously never felt more relief from sleep which is so unfortunate to say. If you have back pain or suffer from sleeping uncomfortably, try this pillow out! You won't regret it!!

It seems to working well for my neck pain .The pillow is very firm and you can’t adjust it ( like bend or roll up ) .

This pillow is excellent. It is extremely comfortable and supports my head and neck in any sleeping position. I own it for over two years now and it still holds up perfectly, and it includes a pillow cover, which is washable and dries very quickly. I recommend this memory foam pillow to anyone struggling to sleep comfortably. You will not be disappointed!

I've spent dozens of hours researching pillows the last couple months. One of the pillows I pulled the trigger on was this Anvo pillow. Anvo has a line of five or so pillows as of right now but I chose this cervical one because I sleep pretty evenly on my side, back, and stomach. Also, I just like unique and quirky-looking pillows in general. I've been sleeping on this pillow about two weeks now and I have no complaints! I do have the firm version and it is, indeed, firm - which I like. I mention it because it is firmer than what other pillow companies consider firm, in my opinion. I really like the groove in the center for neck support, as well as the fact I can always simply turn the pillow around if I have no need for that kind of support. Now, I wasn't expecting for this center area to be comfortable while on my side as well but it definitely is, so don't feel the need to think you have to be at the outermost sides of the pillow to sleep on your side. Also, after reading some reviews and watching some videos, I didn't really have any expectations for the forearm grooves, but I find them to be purposeful and useful. I think that part might depend on one's size though. The pillow feels well-made. I'm always weary of subpar zippers on pillows/cases, but so far so good. Anvo support has been great. They don't ask for a positive / five star review which is refreshing. Overall, I'm very happy with the pillow. I'll try to update this review if anything changes.

I love this pillow! I have nerve damage in multiple levels of my cervical spine from a car accident 10 years ago and a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. Both of my hands are affected by the cervical nerves and my elbow and hand from the rotator tear. I have had multiple rounds of painful and expensive nerve burns for both which don't last forever and I can't afford the cost of orthopedic surgery! I've tried other very expensive cervical pillows that are simply curved higher on one end to support the neck without much relief. So, I started looking at other types to reduce my pain levels and increase functionality. This style seems to be popular and generally has good reviews, depending on the seller. I bought a different seller's pillow last year and although it helped, it become soft and less supportive within 6 months. I stuck with it but my pain drastically increased. Given the relief I had with the first one, I decided to try the Anvo pillow as its design is similar. From the very first night it worked better than the other and relieved my pain to a greater degree. Now I've found that when I've been at the computer too long or bend my neck for other reasons and my pain, tingling and numbness increases, laying on the pillow for as little as 30 minutes can decrease it. It didn't happen with the others. So, I highly recommend the Anvo pillow if you want a pillow that will support your neck and shoulders. To be clear my relief may be different from others' and this is not a medical recommendation! I'm relating my personal experience with this style of pillow and specifically for this brand which I find superior to the others I've tried.
