This stuff knocks me out. It does make you a bit groggy in the morning but also energised. You need to take this a couple of hours before bed not just before bed.

The quality of my sleep has never been better. Since taking this supplement I have been waking up fresh every morning before my alarm goes off. Did not expect it to work so well. Having looked at other products this company sells - it is clear they are very clued up about health, wellbeing, and longevity.

This is a beneficial supplement for both better sleep and anti-ageing, they are small capsules so easy to swallow and you only need 1 capsule making this a 4 month supply (very good value for money). I have noticed improvements in relaxation before falling asleep but only if I am already winding down e.g. go to bed soon after taking it or reading a book in bed etc. If I take it about an hour before I plan to go to sleep but I am still up doing things then it doesn't have the same calming effect for me at least. It has provided better energy the next day, I am less likely to take a midday nap if I have taken this the night before so that's also a positive. These supplements boosting NAD+ levels is great if you already take lower dose NMN in the morning and are generally into longevity supplements. This providing relaxation and quality sleep and well as increasing NAD+ levels can only benefit the body and health in long term, the 98% purity is a good sign that these are quality supplements.

I had never heard of Apigenin. Sleep was often terrible, would nod off only to wake up moments later and not be able to fall back to sleep. Have used ZMA for years as a sleep aid combined with going to the gym with varying success when stumbled upon this during a quick Google search. Was pretty desperate to be honest to dial in my sleep as had been feeling dreadful so got this one based on the reviews and UK made. This is a game changer, I have slept so much better since taking this. I sometimes stack it with magnesium and L Theanine but honestly on its own I have no problem sleeping.
