My only gripe which is a minor one is that these grains aren't as long as normal jasmine rice grains. But oh well. For me, very well worth the savings in calories. So many of my meals are guilt free now. If you're trying to substitute this for white rice plain, I might not recommend it (you'll get like 40-50% there in terms of satisfaction... others may have varying reviews).
