how do you get it to seal the keyboard against spills - it seems just to sit on top

Thanks for asking but you really should not have any kind of fluids ever near your keyboard. I am not using mine to hermetically seal my keyboard. It sits on top and stops dust and debris getting into the keyboard.. sorry
