I’ve been using this lumbar support pillow for my office chair, and it has made a big difference. It really helps relieve my back pain, especially during long hours of sitting--which I do often. The adjustable strap makes it easy to attach to the chair, and I like that I can move it up or down to find the perfect position for my back. The support feels firm but comfortable (it is memory foam), and overall it makes sitting for long periods a lot more managable. Definitely recommend it if you deal with back discomfort from sitting too long.

I have sciatica and several herniated discs and I have found this product to be very effective. It is the correct firmness for me and is very comfortable and has good lumbar support. The size seems right to me. It works well in the car too. Someone gave it three stars and included pictures that show that it is too high up. Read about the positioning here, it’s important.

This lumbar pillow is really comfortable and supportive — it helps my lower back a lot when I’m sitting at my desk or driving for long periods. The memory foam contours nicely to your back, and the cover feels soft and easy to clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit firmer than I expected. I personally prefer something slightly softer for all-day use, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it’s high-quality, effective, and makes sitting for long hours much easier. I’d recommend it if you want extra support for your chair.

My La-Z-Boy recliner chair was lacking proper lumbar support. My lower back was killing me after sitting in it for extended periods. I bought this item, and after using it just once in my chair, my back pain is completely gone. Highly recommend this product. I'm ordering another one to use in my car.

I got this for long car rides because of my herniated disc. The material feels really nice, and the strap keeps it in place, which I love. It gives light support for the upper back, but the hollow center means it doesn’t fully support my lower back, and over time the shape softens a bit. Works well for short drives or general upper back support, but if you need serious lower back relief, this isn’t it.

This is great for comfort, posture and if you sit at a desk for 12 hrs your spine! It is a great size, easy to install, very firm & worth purchase! I need it!

Very comfortable. I work in an office and sit at a desk most of the day. My provided office chair has no lumbar support. I purchased this pillow in hopes that it would help support my lower back. This pillow fits my needs perfectly!! When I first purchased the pillow it felt like it was too much support however, after using the pillow for a couple of weeks I have noticed a dramatic change in my comfort at work and my back now feels 100% better!! Love this pillow!!

VERY COMFORTABLE LUMBAR SUPPORT!

I completely regret buyig this. It is not comfortable and doesn't help me to relieve my back pain at all. Such a waste of money. Don't get tempted by Samsonite. It's just a piece of foam made in China. It keeps falling down as the strap is so loose. It is definitely not worth buying this.

Relieved my backache during driving

Actually fantastic. Feels good, firm enough to help with posture but is soft enough that if you want to mess up your posture and sit in a bad way on the chair, it'll squash easily and allow you to slouch and have a hurt back in the morning because you're only mid 20a but years of slouching playing call of duty till 6am has given you a back of a 60 year old man
