I purchased this will kit for my brother back in 2018. It was easy to complete. It was sent off, checked by a solicitor and kept in storage - for which he paid a tenner a year. Last year my brother passed away. I phoned to request his will as I was Executor, then had to send his death certificate. The will was then released to me - digitally, as well as the original, which was sent by recorded post. He had property and savings. The will was accepted by Probate and banks. No problems at all. I have just ordered another for a family member. Very happy with price and ease of use - and the excellent service when I needed to retrieve it.
