I love this product and take one pill every night. Here's what I appreciate about it - 1. I take it about 2-hours before bed and it helps me get drowsy but doesn't knock me out. It feels very natural and if something happens and I need to wake up enough to function, I can. 2. Even though I would love to sleep all the way through the night, I do still occasionally wake up once or twice (this is an improvement over the 5+ times I was waking up before); that said, I can get up, go to the bathroom or get a drink of water, and fall immediately back to sleep without tossing and turning. I love that it doesn't knock me out so hard that I can't wake up if I need to but that it supports me falling back to sleep without any issues. 3. When I wake up in the morning, I'm awake. I have never been drowsy with this. One note, I've read some reviews complaining about the dosage of the melatonin, but melatonin gives me a horrible headache so it has never helped me sleep anyway. So finding a product with some melatonin in it that has no adverse affects at all, is great. Also, I've been taking this product now for six months and have never needed to increase the dosage, one pill is still perfect for me.

I've struggled with insomnia my entire life, and am absolutely terrified of prescription sleeping pills. Rarely only able to sleep 5-7 hours a night, feeling exhausted midway thru my shift at work, despite sleeping (seemingly) great the night before. This doesn't *put* me to sleep per se, but it helps, crazily I feel fully awake and well rested all day despite sleeping only 4-7 hours the night before. This is a great natural way to feel regenerated the next day, no caffeine needed, aside from smelling and tasting like moldy leather, just grit thru it, worth it!

This is one of the few supplements that actually work for me- I have pretty severe sleep issues due to chronic pain, central apnea and sleep paralysis- when I take this supplement I always get an amazingly normal and restful sleep. I’m a fan for sure. The one negative is that it’s yet another expense due to my weird issues... but I don’t take it every night- only nights when I suspect that I’ll have problems sleeping. So far it’s working really well. I was given a trial package as a gift, and sought it out when I ran out of my trial capsules. It does have a very herbal perfume, not terrible, but definitely noticeable when taking the dose. I have recommended this to friends.

But I must say reading the ingredients; it would be cheaper to get some tea and mix w\ other vitamins .. But working nights it has really helped sleeping during the days when I just don't feel like going to bed .. I would recommend it but I also would look for other alternatives before I spent the money ..

I've tried a number of sleep formulas and by far this is the best one. I get a good night's sleep and my heart rate and breath rate are both low and my heart variability is high , all positive things. I've tried three formulas since this one and not been able to find one that accomplishes all those things. Unfortunately the manufacturer has decided to stop producing it and so I'm left searching for another good formula.

This is the first time I ordered this product. The package was factory sealed and not close to the expiration. I opened the package and it immediately smelled like spoiled food. I decided to try it anyway and I was sick all night. It may have just been a bad batch, but I threw it out immediately and I will avoid the product and brand.

This is the best thing I ever tried !!! As a medical student you end up drinking too much coffee of even energy drinks so we can keep revising. As a Consequence , it’s hard to sleep sometimes, or to have quality sleep . I tried difere t things prescribed by my doctor . At the end this is the thing the really helped me , I even bought it for few friends who have problems falling asleep as well as staying asleep ! Great for jetlag too. When I take it , I do it one hour before the time I want to go to bed. I couldn’t recommend this enough ! It’s a miracle ! Great product. By the way , no one asked me to write this, I just know how sleep deprivation can affect someone’s health , I barely wrote reviews but this one is worth it!

I've been a raging insomniac the last few years - especially in the winter. I've been using this product a lot in the last year or 2... it works for me, 1 or 2 caps puts me out 90% of the time. A few notes on my experience: 1) Take it just before bedtime. If you take it too soon before going to bed, I find it doesn't seem to work so well. 2) Don't be tempted to take more than the recommended amount (2 caps). I find with 2 I can really feel the effects, a kind of fuzzy glow comes over me and then the next thing I know the alarm is going off... I tried 3 once when really stressed out and needing to sleep, and it put me to sleep all right, but not before making me feel v weird, and not in a pleasant way. Sometimes I think the product may be causing my heart beat to speed up a little and become more vigorous, which is curious but doesn't seem to keep me awake. 3) I find that sometimes I wake up feeling fully refreshed after less hours of sleep (5 or 6) than normal after taking the product. I have a feeling this might be the tryptophan, as 5-HTP used to have a similar effect. I think this product is pretty cool and have repeat purchased it several times. It has saved me from insomnia, though I don't give it a 5 because it can make me feel mildly strange sometimes.

This is a very helpful supplement. Falling asleep is guaranteed after taking this. Very satisfied.

It works really well. Does not leave you groggy the next morning.

I had the recommended dose for 3 days and not a minute change in my sleep pattern. Finally before consuming more I contacted Amazon customer care and they just refused saying this is a non returnable product. They said I should have checked the reviews before purchase. One thing they seldom understand is that when it comes to such supplements it might work on some body but not all. Now I'm with a 3k worth of useless product.

Not much effective. Cant fall asleep with this. Quality of sleep has slightly improved though.
