I bought this for my husband after he had been dealing with year-round congestion, sneezing, and sniffing for years. We’ve tried different things over time, but nothing seemed to make much of a difference. This stuff is great! As soon as I notice signs of a cold I give myself a dose of this nasal spray, and it helps ward off the sickness. My kids do not like it (obviously a nasal spray is not the most pleasant for toddlers) but it works!

it’s not the best sinus relief, but works OK

I have been looking for a nasal spray that helps me stop the constant sinus infections I get. I love this product, I just alternate it with others so as not to get too much silver at once. This works better than any other product for me.
