Great bag all around. Several pockets in and outside for items. I'm able to ruck in and hide the smaller handles.

I was VERY surprised with this purchase. The material appears as a genuine leather This bag is roomy and comes with 2 straps there is the option to fold over and wear as a crossbody. There is no zipper but there is a magnetic clamp The straps are comfortable and durable. I would recommend a purse organizer to have better control of your contents.

This tote bag from Montana West is very well made. Although it is vegan leather, it does have a slight leather smell, and it feels like leather and suede (no bad plastic smell). I don't think people would think it wasn't leather. The main compartment has a strong magnet to keep it closed, and because the tote is so deep, it isn't bothersome for me. It has a pouch that you can use for cosmetics or other small items, and it can be used a wristlet if you wanted. This bag also comes with a shoulder strap that you can attach so you can wear it a number of ways. The short handles pass my test, which is "can I sling the bag on my shoulder without having to use both hands". I love the variety of colors that it comes in. This tote can go with so many different outfits.

I ordered two of these bags but received two totally different styles. I tried to leave seller feedback and contact the seller, Montana Blue Boutique,,to no avail. Amazon removed my seller feedback, stating that the order was fulfilled by Amazon, but my invoice shows that Montana Blue Boutique was the seller and supplier, so Amazon should not have removed my feedback. The bags advertised did not have detachable handles or straps. The bags I received had a detachable strap. The item description said there was a pocket on the outside of the bag and also on the inside, whereas the bags I received had no pocket at all. The item description showed a snap in bag, but the bat purses I received had the bag tied to the handle and no snaps available to snap in the main compartment. I have purchased other styles of Montana West bags and find the quality to be excellent. The bags I received were very poor workmanship and quality. I feel as if they were “fire sale“ items on clearance. The bags I received are completely different styles from the bags that were shown on Amazon. I am sending them back for a refund. However, the biggest disappointment is the lack of response from the seller and also from Amazon. I understand mistakes happen, but poor Customer Service is the biggest mistake of all.

This is the prettiest purse, but the chemical odor was not tolerable. It smells like dead fish. By the time I wanted to return it, I had missed the deadline.
