Excellent - VERY similar to what VW uses on their cars, specifically fit my 2015 GTI very well, in fact the door seals better than it did previously as the gasket faces the door seal area now, not inside like the OEM did, about 1.5-2mths in now no issues. Saved me several hundred dollars over a dealer/stealer part that had problems.

Easy to install, and holds on very strong, better than the ones I got from the parts house.

Isint for weak muscled people. Kinda hard to work with. It is an excellent product, thick material makes a very vibrant appeal. PS think outside the box many uses for it.

Arrived wound tight, resulting in the gasket to be compressed/flattened and pushed towards one side. Installed on my John Deere bagger, had a nice firm hold on the edge but the rubber being compressed and pushed outwards doesn’t give a great seal. It also appears to be very soft rubber, after opening and closing the hopper twice it appears to be splitting in some areas. I’m not expecting this to hold up very long. Update: doesn't last at all for my bagger. Falling apart extremely fast.

I tried to use this to seal the skylight opening on a Vanagon Westfalia. The radius of the opening corners are to tight for the seal to conform to the shape and the metal reinforcing cut through the rubber. The fiberglass top of a Westy is about 1/8" thick. This is too thick to push the seal onto without tapping it with a rubber mallet. That could have contributed to the cutting of the rubber, which is very soft and rather thin.
