Works perfectly; batteries not included
These remotes work incredibly well, and are so responsive — just as responsive as the original remote that came with my Sony OLED TV — however I love that this manufacturer created a simplified remote with fewer buttons — in a much, smaller design format. It has everything you need, including volume control that still works with an outside receiver so long as the receiver is connected through your HDMI arc connection. It’s very easy to use. It was immediately compatible with my TV without having to go through any set up process whatsoever. It worked right out of the box. Only complaint is they do not include the necessary AAA batteries.

Worked perfectly the first time.
Very good product with the exact quick buttons we wanted. Now, don't get me wrong after. few years of heavy use they buttons stared smoothing over and their labels have worn, but we have them all memorized at this point.

Must have 2 remotes, makes life easier!!!
Works great! His and her remote, causes less arguments. Every TV needs 2 remotes whether it's in the living room or bedroom. And... not to mention less looking for only one remote....who looses 2 remotes at the same time??? Save yourselves, get a extra remote! Everyone needs two!!! Ever had a dog chew one one??? Now you know. There are plenty of reasons of having at least 2 remotes foer your devices... and they do not cost as much these days!

EASY!
No setup even required. Put batteries in and pressed the power button. Only issue is that it keeps saying "can't register magic remote" but I think that is only because it may be for a newer model than mine. So that's my fault. Product works great still tho.

I'm guessing it would work but turns out the ir went out on my tv. Wasn't the remote.

Very good with one small complaint
Our original remote for our 65” Bravia circa 2018 died. This replacement one works well and connected easily. It has been working well for several months now. One complaint: there is no deducted “pic off” button like the original remote. If you have small children, this may be an issue for you. Apart from that, it works great, has survived a few falls, has good range and the buttons are responsive. It also works fine with Eneloop rechargeable batteries, for those who use rechargeable batteries.
