Don't like smell
I didn't use it. I already have kefir grains that make delicious kefir and smell really good. I wanted to try something different so I ordered these. Don't like smell. I won't eat them. Waste of money for me. Maybe someone else would like these just like some people like one kind of cheese but won't eat another.
