After suffering from sharp burning pain in my right heel I tried these cushions and I'm very happy. No pain when walking. Only problem is had was the 2nd pair in the package was stuck to cardboard and not usable.

I put these in my shoes as soon as I got them and all I can say is oh my goodness. My feet feel some much better at the end of standing on concrete for 8 hours a day.

The last pair I bought had a sticker bottom. But the fit was good and the pain relief lifted a lil bit.

At first, they're somewhat comfortable directly in the heel, but they feel a little awkward. New things take time, so I gave them time in my shoes, but ultimately, they didn't help my heel pain much. The back part my heel sits on wasn't bad, but then the cushions taper as they go towards the middle of my foot, and I'm stepping on the edges of the cushion at the middle of my foot and heel. Super, super uncomfortable and irritating. If you have narrow feet, maybe these would work for you, but with my small, average feet, they do not.

My husband had Achilles issues so doctor recommended these. I ended up ordering more for other shoes. Cushions the heel nicely.

Great at the start, bringing comfort. SUDDENLY foot hurt BADLY in the arch area. Literally fell apart and pieces of it eased into that area. Broke off bad edges JUST IN CASE, then same thing happened on the other foot. NO BUENO. Will order from the good foot doctor (you all know who) as I should have done in the first place. Tossing the other new ones out. NOT WORTH IT.

My daughter needed these to help alleviate pain for heel spurs. Her doctor recommended an insert and these have been so great. Very easy tor her to use in multiple shoes. They stay in place and have provided her with so much support!

Very effective. And extremely useful.

Firstly, the ad is misleading. The header says 4 pack, but it contains only 2 pairs, not 4 pairs. Secondly, and more importantly, there's no stickiness in the heel cushion. So, it doesn't stick to the shoe sole as other heel cushions do. Not worth buying.

Average Product. Quality and Size are not upto the mark and glue is also not very good
