It works wonders. I took just ONE pill it at night because i didn’t know the effects of it and it started working 8hours after that. And now every 4hours you will be running to bathroom. Stomach aches a lil but drink more water you should be fine. I may do a few days to see how it works but so far so good. You should get it if you want to clean out your gut.

Take 2 initially then 1 is enough. Cleanse works well.

They don't send me running to the bathroom; it takes a few hours to kick in. So I advise you to take them when you're not going out, or if you're going out in the morning, take them at midday so they'll work in the afternoon. They're pretty clean pills, and they do make you go to the bathroom with a little pain, but not unbearable like other pills I've tried.

If you’re like me and have trouble going to the bathroom daily…. This is the pill for you! I started off with 2 pills and by morning time I was in the bathroom. Please be advised that you will be on the toilet multiple times throughout the day so plan accordingly and watch what you eat afterwards. I took this to help with bloating and occasional constipation — and wow, it worked. Within hours of the first dose, I had major bowel movements (read: explosive diarrhea). I took it at night and would use the bathroom 4–5 times before noon the next day. It absolutely helped reduce my bloating, but I could only tolerate 4 days instead of the full 7. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow, which I appreciated. Just be prepared to stay near a bathroom. ⭐ 3/5 — It does what it says, but too harsh for me to complete the full cleanse.

This stuff is dynamite. I was seriously impacted so I took 1 at 10.45 am and after dinner my bowels stated to shift from 6.45pm to 10pm. I had no cramps as I drank a lot of water all day. Next morning 2 trips to the bathroom so far. How on earth could anybody take these tablets for 7 days. They are great.

This product works better than standard laxatives and is from natural sources. I find I need the minimum dose and it works well. With regular laxatives I usually need to take the full dose. My body seems to respond better to this natural product. Cuts bloating and I get a better nights sleep as well!

I received this yesterday & took it last night before I went to bed. It very much works. There was a little cramping but I’m sure I was fecal loaded. I’m hoping after this cleanse my system will realign & constapation will be in the past.

Worked as expected, stomach cramping is a given to get the desired results but as soon as I stopped taking them I was constipated and needed laxatives to restore normal function hence the 4 star
