It has good sound in real life, (the mic messes it up) it comes with a pre-written song, a hole punch, 10 blank 150-beat strips, mounting screws, and the music box. It’s not very loud by itself, so you have to mount it to a resonating box to get a louder sound. If some notes don’t play, make sure you have the paper edge touching the left side of the slot. (Not centered.) The gears came to me well oiled and didn’t make hardly any noise. Very fun to punch out songs for it, (I’ve made 3 already) seems to be good quality. The gears rotate normally but until I put the sheet in, they cannot move. Is there a way to fix that?** A: Hi, The paper only goes in one way so make sure feeding it in with the slanted end going in first. Also make sure you’re twisting the handle the right direction, if you don’t I think you can damage the little boxes. Sometimes the paper can be thick and a little hard to get going but it shouldn’t give you too much trouble. Try moving the gears without the paper in to ensure they all work, then try putting it in through the slanted end first, that might fix it.
