Havells is a good brand but I faced issue with this product twice. First iron stopped working in just one week, so I had to replace it with another one. Return was not possible so I had to compulsory select replace option. The replaced iron worked fine for around 8 months. But then after it also stopped working. So I raised a complaint through Amazon, the technician from havells visited within 24 hours and got it repaired.

Very good products and quality

Product is disgusting. it leaves white patches on clothes and that is not acceptable. No good service provided by customer care support and brand. We believed on amazon but it is very bad experience.
