I use this product a minimum of twice a day, morning before work and before bed. I highly recommend to get the shampoo and conditioner and use them together. It also makes my hair extremely soft.

Smells great and feels really good.. I'm not sure how much it actually did for my hair but the smell and feel is very nice. I didn't notice any damage or hair falling out when using it
