I use it for inflammation and its very good

I ordered these nettle leaves for my mom, to help potentially ease allergy symptoms as well as arthritis. The leaves are fresh and have a nice scent. I prepared a cup of tea for each of us. The tea tastes grassy and has a strong flavor. We sweetened ours with some raw honey. Nettle is known for many potential health benefits, but two of the most prominent are reducing inflammation and allergies. This is by no means a miracle cure, however it's beneficial to add to an anti-inflammatory, healthy diet. Negative side effects may include fluid retention and upset stomach. Pregnant women should not take nettle tea, nor should people with allergies to the plant.

It’s certainly not the best but for the money and the amount you get it’s pretty good

It's my first time with nettle roots although I've long been a nettle leaves tea drinker. The leaves aren't the bright green that I'm used to, but the roots are certainly new to me. There's a lot more going on when the roots are included, I'm discovering. It has an earthy taste and it blends very well with other loose leaf herbal teas. I like that nettle tea has vitamin K, among others. I feel it's very healthy and I feel good after consuming.

I order dried herbs all the time and decided to try this cheaper brand.I was full Of branches and some dried herbs. Nobody wants branches in their tea!!!!!

This is great for making healthy tea. Nettles are anti inflammatory and contain lots of minerals and have many other benefits that you can research. This is loose tea that you can put in a tea ball and steep. It has an earthy taste and doesn’t taste bad at all. It’s actually pretty mild, but can easily be steeped with other stronger herbs if you want more flavor.

I guess it'll do its job but the ratio of stems and roots to leaves of this plant are dramatically off. I look Forward more to the leaves of a plant then I do any other part when it comes to a plant like this.

I love love love this tea I can't say enough positive things about it. It really is good for every aspect of your health. Emotionally, it’s a lifesaver and physically it makes everything feel great. I read that it's really good for inflammation in the body and helps with enlarged prostates. I'm not sure if that's what's going on but I noticed that I don’t have to get up as frequently at night to go to the bathroom. It also has a great flavor. I typically put a little bit of honey in it when I drink it. Love it!
