A bigger pill, but nothing that’s hard to take. Love these, I feel great about taking them. I cannot compare them to other prenatal, but I see myself taking these with each pregnancy I’m fortunate enough to have. No sickness from them, they don’t stink, and the quality is great.

I used Nordic Naturals Omega 3 supplements throughout my pregnancy and appreciate the quality , lack of smell, and pleasant taste so when I saw they had a prenatal , I immediately bought it and have been using it during my immediate postpartum period. After just taking it for a few days, I noticed an immediate increase in my energy levels and attribute this to the iron in the supplement. I was concerned the iron would lead to constipation (which can be a nightmare especially immediately postpartum after a vaginal delivery) , but the iron used in this supplement seems to be very gentle and I have had absolutely no issues. The taste and smell are not horrible and the size is easy to swallow although you do have to take two pills for a full dose .

I can’t talk about swallowing on here. But yeah this product was good for my wife. She said it don’t leave a taste or smell. SMH anyway good product. Also it is a 3rd party tested (meaning a company outside Nordic tests the product for harmfulness and ingredients). Alil on the pricy side but it’s only for a short while.

Work great during pregnancy

Very large and difficult to swallow pills. Smell like cheerios and do not taste too bad. Quality ingredients that cover all the vitamins needed during pregnancy.
