Apple iPhone 14, 128GB, Midnight - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

I had an older android and was having a hard time deciding what, and when to get, a new phone. I love Android and I was really intrigued with the Google and Asus phones. I have had a galaxy since the beginning of smart phones it would seem. Well, looking at all options as well, the red iPhone caught my attention solely in color. I know IPhone is a good phone, for the most part, everyone I know seems to have iPhone or Galaxy. I have never owned an iPhone and they are much more expensive than the phones I was looking at. But the red iPhone, I just kept coming back to. I started looking into the differences, and then started looking into refurbished. I have also never purchased a refurbished phone. The price difference for a “Premium” or “excellent” condition iPhone, was significantly cheaper than buying brand new. I went back and forth on Amazon, with different sellers based on reviews, and ended up landing in the option where it is sold and shipped by Amazon themselves (which I thought was more likely to be exactly what is described in their product page). I will say the first try to purchase did not go through, so there were some issues with the monthly insurance plan for the phone. But the second time it did go through, and I was having to wait probably 4 days for it to get here. I was so excited, like a kid waiting for Christmas to get here. Finally the iPhone arrived, and in absolute perfect condition. I went with the “premium refurbished” option. The delivery was incredibly secure and the driver was extra helpful before they arrived so we could time it. I opened the box and there is not one scratch or thing that would tell you that this isn’t a brand new phone. It comes with a charger, block and the phone information on a leaflet (that would otherwise be in the original iPhone packaging). I did wait to activate it, until I had time to go into a physical carrier store, but I backed up everything before I did that in my old phone. It took maybe 5 minutes for the associate at my carrier store, to set the iPhone up and transfer everything I wanted from my galaxy and the service, to the iPhone. I was worried based on other reviews that it could possibly not be unlocked to all carriers, but it was. One of the main reasons I chose to buy the refurbished option from the sold by/ships by Amazon option, because I trusted the accuracy of the description more. ALL THAT SAID beautiful phone, looks brand new, works like it’s brand new, has 100% battery life out of the box and is very easy to get used to (even if you have had an android all your adult life). I definitely recommend this product and Amazon as the seller to ensure you get what you are looking for. I am SO happy with my purchase and when it comes time to get a new phone a few years from now, I will be starting here this time! The RED color is beautiful!!!

Works well. I was worried it wouldn’t turn on when I got it, because I’d attempted to buy a refurbished phone before and that one didn’t work. But this one works good the battery capacity is 96% but charges the full 100. I had no problems putting my service on it. The screen was perfect and not scratched. The sound is very good, no problems other than the typical watching TikTok while on the phone but you can adjust those settings. It’s not too big or too heavy, I enjoy small phones and this one is perfect. I’m writing this using this phone.

Phone arrived in near pristine condition, 97% battery health, unlocked, and with the step by step help of Google Gemini I was able to replace my existing line with Xfinity mobile and activated phone with no issues. and best of all didn't have to deal with any incompetent Xfinity reps!! If I could send negative stars I would. The phone looked great and it was a great deal;however the device was unable to be activated due to it being reported lost or stolen. This was for a teenager who had already been without a phone for 3days now having to return the device. The customer service representative had no idea what I was talking about. I’ve worked in the cell phone industry, when a phone especially an iPhone is reported lost or stolen you cannot activate the device ANYWHERE hence the name brick it’s basically as good as a brick. I was told nothing could be done about it while I just ship the phone back half to waive for my $700 to be refunded to me while my teenager is still waiting without a phone and I’m without money. I’ve also had all carriers and not one made me sit without a phone or a refund processed right away. To top it off I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I told the supervisor the phone was reported lost or stolen she called me a liar and told me that’s simply not true!! Amazon did not do its due diligence by inspecting the phone properly. There is a national database for lost/stolen phones if they did they job accurately and checked not one but both the IMEI’s since it only has an eSIM they would have caught that it was reported! But for an Amazon employee to call me a liar? Are you kidding me? Don’t buy a “renewed” device from Amazon or risk having a yourself $500-$700 brick losing out of money and being without a phone! Not even an adjustments credits nothing but being humiliated without money and no product.

I bought this phone in Premium used condition and was honestly impressed. It arrived on time and looks almost brand new, no scratches or visible marks at all. The battery health is at 97%, which is amazing for a used phone, and everything works perfectly. Screen, cameras, sound, and buttons are all in great condition. I’m usually a little hesitant about buying used electronics, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations. Great value for the price. I would absolutely buy again.

The device was exactly as I purchased. It made someone very happy. Amazon renewed is a great program and the seller did well. Only feedback I have is you should include an OFFICIAL Apple cable instead of a cheap one only capable of charging with no data transfer capabilities.

The phone arrived as a renewed phone but I ordered the PREMIUM version and there was not the slightest scratch on the phone anywhere. It looked new !! It was unlocked and it was very easy to download my older phones information on to my new I phone 14. I have had it now for a month and absolutely not any issues at all I did purchase the Apple warranty for 2 years as cost was reasonable, and cost of the phone saved me many $$$. The Premium Renewed phones come with a 90% or more battery ( mine came with 100%). The iPhone 14 charges fast, quality sound and updated features. I really like the MagSafe way of charging as it is very quick and easy. Unfortunately, the cable with MagSafe attachment is NOT included but are not expensive to purchase. All extras like screen protectors and case protectors are available and not that expensive. Very happy with this purchase It is everything you would expect from Apple. Very fast, and charges fast with MagSafe feature, and the phone is built very well and sound is VERY clear. Easy to download the previous phones information on to the new phone very fast. Very Happy purchase.

Edit to add: this is my 2nd phone I’ve bought from Amazon. My last phone (a renewed “good” SE 2nd gen) was bought at the end of 2022 and has been a reliable phone, I just wanted to upgrade and let the SE 2 (which after 3 years has 77% battery health) become my spare / back-up phone. I’m very happy with this seller & phone. Getting set up is proving challenging, but I’m thinking that’s an issue with my old phone & carrier that I’ll have to sort out after Christmas, not this phone itself so I’ll skip over the set up / switching from my old phone to this phone. (Edit: the issues I was having switching over from my old phone to this phone was I wasn’t paying attention to my account being locked to prevent unauthorized sim / phone number changes; once I went in my account and unlocked it, the switch went smoothly) Phone was shipped quickly (arrived the day after I ordered it) and arrived looking brand new, no scratches or scuffs, 98% battery health. (By contrast, I got my teenage daughter an iPhone 14 as well from another seller in “good” condition, her battery health was 87% which is still really good for a renewed phone) So far from what I’ve been able to tell with fairly limited use, I love the speed. It’s way faster than my SE 2 that I’m upgrading from. The battery holds charge pretty good. Since it had been charging during my set up & attempt to transfer from my old phone, it was at 100% so I unplugged it. 10 hrs later it’s at 96% (have used it some to take video and see what apps have successfully downloaded (transferred from iCloud because “transfer from another device” didn’t seem to be working—again very possible an issue with my old). (First initial charge to 100%, moderate use because I was still primarily using my SE2, battery lasted 36 hours 100% to 15%; now that everything has been switched over and I’m 100% using this phone, I’m expecting battery to be ok for all-day and ready to charge at night) — first full day of use near “typical” for me (took off charger around 5 AM, intermittent usage during the day; with no recharging during the day at 8:30 PM it was at 20%) After my experience with the SE 2 & the few days I’ve been using this 14, I will definitely be looking to buy my next phone on Amazon.

El teléfono llegó a tiempo, la estética del celular es impecable, la batería llegó al 100%, llevo dos días probándolo y todo excelente, para compras desde México cabe mencionar que este producto (iPhone 14) no acepta SIM física. no trae ranura para tal, sin embargo, viene desbloqueado y fui a TELCEL a que me activaran una nueva SIM electrónica (ESIM) cosa que no llevó mucho tiempo, y el teléfono ya está funcionando al 100. Es la primera vez que adquiero un producto re acondicionado, en este caso PREMIUM, y con esta experiencia lo volvería a hacer sin duda.

Tenía ciertas dudas por los comentarios, pero llegó muy bien, con su certificado de verificación por Amazon, batería al 91% y con un mínimo golpe en la parte inferior, nada que afecte su funcionamiento. Por mencionar un área de oportunidad es que se retrasó un poco, llegó 2 días después de la fecha estimada. Con base en mi compra, lo recomiendo completamente.

Tenía mis dudas al comprar un reacondicionado, pero definitivamente es una excelente opción por si no completas un equipo nuevo o si quieres ahorrarte unos miles de pesos.
