Is this a compression shirt for working out?

It's personal choice really. I wouldn't buy one again as the quality is very cheap and the arm pads irritate during exercise. The pads are little more than a gimmick in my opinion. Being realistic, during exercise, tell me where you don't sweat ? With hindsight I wish I had gone for a better quality cotton 'T'. Definitely not worth the money. Mike

Yeah I'd say I'm medium. My size is that and it fits me fine. I do not look like the model in this picture. Arms are maybe a bit long on me. Measurements waist 34 - 34.2 Bust 33 - 36 38 inches. chest 105cm Bicep 15 - 14.2 34cm Wingspan 75

Does it prevent underarm smell from reaching your shirt?

From personal experience, it does enough to prevent it. If you put the shirt to your nose you’ll smell it a tiny bit. But it keeps the smell mostly locked up in the underarm pads

how many washes can a shirt last?

I’ve had mine for over a year wore it nearly every day don’t worry about wear and tear
