I had a problem with delivery only, in that it was delivered to another address, but the item itself was fine.

Looks good, easy to fit , screws and wall plugs are supplied , 4 chromed hooks look good with a small rounded bit on the tip , makes it look even better. We can fit all our keys on it , and keeps them secure as the hook is well rounded up on itself. Would have been nice to have some white plastic cover caps to fit over the fixing holes , as these would have really finished it off well. As a precaution to stop keys touching the wallpaper and damaging it, I cut a thin piece of clear 2 mm thick plastic behind it to help prevent marking painted wall / wallpaper

For almost two decades, since first receiving a key to my mother's house I have been enduring the back breaking pain of having to pick my keys up off of the floor - a feeling I'm sure most of you are familiar with. I was convinced I was on route to bending my spine crooked, or at the very least developing arthritis in my knees, until by pure chance Amazon suggested this wonderous device! It's a bit of wood. With a few bent bits of metal, like fish hooks, but blunt, and without the worms on the end. And what you do is put it against the wall (I put mine at eye level but I suppose you could do shoulder height too). And do you know what it does? It essentially raises the level of the floor in any room, meaning your keys are now right there, in front of your very eyes! (Or shoulders). No more bending over when you first walk through the door, or last thing before exiting. Truly, truly, miraculous invention.
