Estoy entusiasmada con estas deliciosas vitaminas. Tienen un sabor exelente además son orgánicas, las tomo cada mañana con mi te O jugo de mi preferencia. Ahun no he notado Cambios pues apenas comencé a tomarlas. Si buscan un buen sabor estas te las recomiendo son muy convenientes pues su envase es de vidrio y trae su propio gotero.

No more waking up itching in the middle of the night.
My Dermatologist recommended Vitamin E supplements or my dry flaky skin that was driving me crazy in the middle of the night, and Mary Ruth's liquid drops did the trick. I had tried various vitamin E gel caps, & while they did help It was nothing compared to putting a few drops of the liquid vitamin E directly on my tongue. Incredible improvement in my skin texture and & I even gotan extra unexpected benefit of it making my hair incredibly shiny..lol Easy to injest with a pleasant citrusy flavor & w/ no bad aftertaste... Very happy with my results.
