Great knife
This is a great knife. Very sharp and easy to manage. I have weak hands and it has enabled me to do kitchen tasks that I otherwise would have difficulty doing

Sharp, Safe, and Extremely Useful
A few years ago when visiting Alaska I purchased a "Ulu", the traditional cutting tool of the Eskimos. I have used it many times, but for my use I found that cutting sandwiches in half on the diagonal is primary. I place a sandwich on a paper plate and "roll" the knife across the sandwich; there is no pulling or separating since the cutting force is downward against the plate -perfect! I also use it to chop nuts by placing the nuts in a bowl just large enough for the knife and roll the knife back and forth. This knife is a Ulu and many guests in my home have seen me use it. The typical response is, "I have got to have one...where did you get it?" I tell them this one came from Alaska, but you may purchase one from Amazon. It comes with a wooden stand, ready for use, and cleaning it is a snap. It will become one of your favorite kitchen tools. Properly handled, it is one of the safest cutting tools known. I do not keep mine "razor sharp," but I am told that Eskimos shave with their ulu.

Easy and efficient kitchen tool
A sharp and easy to use to quickly cut and dip vegetables. It is ease to firmly grip a very efficient tool that really speeds cooking prep. The riding shape permits quick and precise food prep. Since nothing is con sales it very easy clean an quickly move to the next task. It is much more efficient than more expensive knives and replaced the need buy multiple knives. The storage lock makes clean up and storage super easy

Nice chopper \ pizza cutter!
I'm new to this kind of knife, but having seen a "Mezzaluna" knife used by my grandmother, it's use was intuitive. It does what it's supposed to, and even my wife, who has limited strength can use it easily. It does, however, have only 1 side of the blade hollow ground, the other side flat. Almost all inexpensive knives are ground this way to save the manufacturer money, I don't think the original Inuit design was hollow ground. Sharpening this style grind is difficult unless you want to use a grinding wheel, sooner or later, youโre going to end up with a v or convex edge using stones. I purchased it as an economical way to try and see if it made some kitchen tasks easier before buying a premium blade. Please use caution when using this style of knife, it's edge and technique are different to usual kitchen knives and be mindful of where your hands are when you're chopping.

Pretty sturdy. Full tang?
Perfect for cutting pizza. Metal blade and wooden handles. No moving parts to break, and no rubber handles to wear out. This knife is easy to hold and cut with. Washing it is easy too. According to the description, this knife is a full tang, but mine has a gap/space under the wooden handle. So, I guess the blade is one piece, but it wasn't what I expected.

Cool knife
This was actually a gift for a friend. I don't know if he uses it or not. However, I have a similar knife, not as nice looking as this one, and I use it primarily for cutting up pizzas. For that application it works brilliantly,

Great knife
I bought this knife because I had one hand in a cast. I wanted something that I could chop food with one hand. Cast is gone and it turns out this is one of our favorite knives. It is very sharp so it chops and cuts perfectly. I recommend this product.

Decent quality
Nice and sharp, blade holds its edge similar to what I experience in VG10 ss (not a cheap quality of stainless). Only qualm is the handle is grooved on the underside and therefore pinches the skin a little. Still, no regrets buying this.
