Cervical Spine Pain Relief
I ws introduced to a peanut during the exercise portion of my Airrosti appointment to treat my degenerative disk disease and disk herniation in my c6 and c7. The lacrosse ball peanuts I found were too hard and the cork gives just the right amount of pressure. It really helps relieve my pain when you have this positioned on a yoga block. Great value for your money and the perfect size.

Perfect!
Very happy with this! It is the perfect firmness that I need for my physical therapy, as well as getting out knots in my shoulders and back. Not too firm, not too soft, and I prefer it over tennis balls and lacrosse balls. No weird odors or textures. Great item!

They work well
I’m always looking for new tools to help with musculoskeletal pain and tightness. I suffer from tendinitis as well.My favorite set is from a brand that sadly chose to close its doors called Massage Blocks. I bought 18 blocks in repeated sizes so I never run out of them, lose them etc. and they’re easy to travel with. However, they also have a flat bottom in the rubbery textured domes, which is perfect for deep tissue and facia release, but I needed something that rolled also.Enter these cork balls. They’re very firm, but they work great for breaking up anterior calf tendons and muscle and feet, and well as my it band when I actually want to roll them. I like that they’re made out if natural materials and are easily portable. I’ll probably grab a second set. I use the larger ball most. Go for it.If you’re looking for a shirt foam roller that is softer than most and made by physicap therapists, try: https://www.amazon.com/OPTP-PRO-Roller-Soft-Foam-Roller/dp/B0141DY2Z0/ref=sr_1_7?crid=13GVZE3JDM0WI&keywords=optp+pro+roller+soft+density+foam+roller&qid=1687875432&sprefix=Optp+foam+soft+%2Caps%2C166&sr=8-7With all of my tendon and muscle issues, I’ve tried a lot of tools and these three mentioned are my go to.

It’s very sturdy!
Too hard for me, I’m sure others might like the hardness, but not me personally.

Pretty good - but beware fragility of cork
As far as cork massage balls go, these seem pretty solid. I will caution that after 5 months of daily use, one of the smaller ones finally flattened out and then broke apart on me while massaging my glutes. I think this is just an inherent limitation of cork compared to rubber balls.
