This belt helped me reduce back pain and improve my posture. The material looks high quality and well built to last. The straps are adjustable and I ordered a large size that fits me perfectly. It’s easy to put on and take out, quite comfortable for long wears. It comes with a nice bag for easy storage and protection when not in use. I am hoping with regular use I can bring my posture to correct and hopefully will not be needed !!

I am returning this item because it is way too small for me. The description on the website says that a medium is from 31.4 to 37.4 inches. I have a 36 inch waist and it’s way too small. I’m returning it and re-ordering it in an XL. I’m giving it three stars because the product seems to be just what I want.

Very comfortable and easy to use and adjust, even for long hours of use. The quality is solid and feels durable right out of the box. It provides great posture support without restricting movement. Excellent value for the price — I would definitely recommend it.
