I would definitely yes to this question! My cat has had accidents on the floor and I clean it up with a regular towel and it washes out easily in one wash!

I honestly believe that Tide would remove cat urine odor, although I have not tried it for that. I also use Downey April Fresh fabric softener & Fresh Downey drop ins. Combined, they REALLY make a big difference.
