It can get very loud, the software does its job and the auto keystone and auto focuse work well. The image quality is more than enough for most content but the text can be hard to read if it's to small but I would not expect it to be an issue for most. The setup up was fast and easy. The projector is very quiet but it has turno options that can make the fans spin tater to get more brightness

So I have had it 3 days, but this would be my fourth projector. First off if your wondering if it's as bright as a full sized projector that would be a no. But now that we got that out of the way, The picture quality is bright and excellent but you have to tweak the settings to dial it in. (same with all projectors) The sound quality is okay from the speaker, personally I will be using a much better sounding blue tooth speaker. I use this in my bedroom at night so I don't know how good it would be in the daytime. (I didn't plan on using it during the day) I'm using it with a cheap hang on the wall screen so from experience the picture would be even better if I was using a quality screen. Google TV works well, I like the remote. It takes a minute to learn how setup works but once you learn you can dial everything in to get a good quality picture. The build quality on this thing is solid and I opted to get the stand, it is solid as well and allows you to project on the ceiling, wall and is well worth the additional $50. Update, I've been using this for a week and the picture has gotten better. I also tested this out during the day time with the curtains and blinds closed and it has a nice picture and you can view it in a partially dark room. I also tested the speaker listening to YouTube videos and the sound quality is very good. I will continue to upgrade but I'm very satisfied with my purchase and use case which is watching TV and movies in my bedroom at night.

I honestly love this projector, the image seems clear, the sound is not the best but is enough for us, is easy to set up (just the first time you have to setup your Gmail account, for the future times you use it is just plug and play.

This my first review for any product I have bought on Amazon. But I felt compelled to write a review. Negatives: This device keeps resetting when using the HDMI feature. I updated the software and still resets. This projector Bluetooth does not sync when playing. There appears to be an audio lag I would not buy if this is a deal breaker Lastly, the interface on the XGIMI is laggy and almost makes it hard to use. Positives: Good picture for the price given Very easy to set up I will be reaching out to Amazon for a refund and be looking for something less buggy even if it means spending more. This is a great projector I think if it’s just for personal use and not for entertainment/hosting purposes.

I'm basing it on my very specific situation. I'm using this at my off grid camp to watch "good" movies on. There are a few things that make this projector less than ideal for that application. I decided to sacrifice some energy efficiency in favor of brightness. This is a problem since I only have solar and the battery packs I haul out there to provide electricity. This was a bad decision for a couple of reasons. 1. it uses 65 watts of power. I didn't really believe the claim and figured it was an overestimate but it does use that. 65 watts is not a small amount on limited energy. The 42 inch TV I have out there uses less than 25. You can power it from a battery brick but most bricks don't put out that amount of wattage and if they do they won't last long. 2 or 3 hours compared to the 2 or 3 hours that other models will last with a built in battery. 2. I got this because of the 400 lumen rating where most other "portable" projectors are 300 or less. if this translated into a noticeably different real world picture I would be ok with this tradeoff. but I still think this is wasted in anything but a blacked out room. Don't misunderstand me..you can see this with light. but it's nothing like my BenQ HT2050A which feels perfectly fine to watch in a completely illuminated room. AS such... I probably would've gone with a lower brightness/better power usage model if I did it over again. It works fine. gets the job done. It just uses too much power for my liking. Some quirks..... it's also difficult to get it to change to HDMI input. I haven't found a way to switch input with the remote (but I'm sure it's possible). I just unplug and replug HDMI and it will almost always recognize and switch. The auto keystone is also a bit aggravating IMO. If you want your picture to look even and perfect keystone is the devil. Auto keystone makes it harder than it already is to find the perfect center for the projector on your screen.

Absolutely love this projector!! Excellent picture quality, great sound too, the auto keystone correction is a nice perk. Works great even during daytime if the curtains are drawn.

Perfect for small rooms. Resolution is great. Even in lesser dark rooms or during morning time projection quality is decent. The speaket sound is quite good. Highly recommended.

netflix sirve a veces y cuesta mucho trabajo, lo demás excelente. Podría ser el mejor, pero la experiencia de no tener netflix es terrible y soporte al cliente es aún desagradable. Es una pena, tienen el proyector casí perfecto.
