SELITAC 5 mm AquaStop - Wood Flooring/Laminate Underlay (5 m²)

So easy to cut and fit, not bad for the money either. Saved a lot of time over the last rubbish I bought for a previous project. I would get this in future if I have any more projects that call for it

It was exactly as described. Easy to cut and lay. There are no English instructions, but we ensured we had a level, clean surface, layed a strip of underlay then layed the oak wooden flooring on top, then the next strip of underlay, etc. As with all this type of underlay, you will also need silver foil flooring tape to hold it together, we used approximately 1 roll of tape to 6 whole packets of underlay. We are really pleased with the end result. Our new floor is much warmer underfoot, is quieter and doesn't creak when walked across.

We used this in our cloakroom / WC and I must say I was very impressed. Lay flat and provides that much-needed step absorption and noise reduction we were looking for! Delivered on time and in good condition too!

Very easy to use and is warm underfoot, we used tgis product on a conservatory floor to begin with and are now doing a bedroom but its getting very hard to find. Easy to lay and cut just seal edges and joints with he silver joining tape by the same company.

The product itself is great, easy to install and seems durable. The delivery is a total disaster, but that is Amazon's fault! Ordered 11 packs, 7 came in 1 delivery, the rest spread in single deliveries. Today I received 1, expecting another 1 to arrive today and 2 more (hopefully in 1 delivery) on Tue.

Great under lay, like some other reviews about this messing with the wifi in the house, I can tell you know that if anything it makes your wifi signal.

Really good stuff does what it says stops some noise too. Best deal around

Seems ok, but not really any different to other underlay with tin-foil glued to it.

Ho utilizzato il sottofondo per posare un pavimento vinilico adesivo LVT sopra a una superficie in cemento ruvida (solchi di qualche mm). Nonostante l'inesperienza (era il primo lavoro fai da te di questo tipo) sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto del risultato. Il taglio del sottofondo è davvero semplice (basta una comune taglierina), grazie alla griglia prestampata. I bordi ad incastro facilitano la giunzione dei blocchi (consiglio comunque di utilizzare del nastro alluminio per sigillare tutti i bordi interno e perimetrali). Dopo la posa del pavimento vinilico soprastante la superficie è rimasta perfettamente livellata e il sottofondo supporta senza problemi il peso di oggetti e persone, fornendo nel contempo buon isolamento termico e acustico.

Laminat im Kinderzimmer im Keller stand an. Nachdem der Fussboden der früheren 80er Jahre entfernt war, stellte sich der Boden als sehr grober Beton heraus. Somit musste eine Lösung her, die recht tolerant gegenüber der Grobkörnigkeit ist. Eine Trockenschüttung aufzubringen schied aufgrund der Raumhöhe aus, für Fließestrich fehlte mir sowohl die Zeit als auch die Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung. Somit entstand ein recht abenteuerlicher Sandwichboden (von unten nach oben): - Doppelte Folie als Dampfbremse (reine Sicherheitsmaßnahme) - Seiltac Laminatunterlage - Fermazell Trockenestrich - weitere Lage Seiltac Laminatunterlage - Laminat 8mm Die Verarbeitung ist extrem einfach. Schere oder Cuttermesser reichen vollkommen aus. Das aufgedrucke Muster mit 1 cm Abstand macht das passgenaue zuschneiden zum Kinderspiel. Das Material ist wie gewünscht sehr tolerant bezüglich des rauen Fußbodens und bietet mit 5 mm Stärke genug Reserven. Die Dämmung des Trittschalls würde ich als gut bis sehr gut einordnen, das helle typische Klackern wird gut gedämpft. Besser ist nur meine im Wohnzimmer verlegte Premium Trittschalldämmung, die jedoch auch mit 8,00 EUR/qm zu Buche schlägt. Lassen sich mit einem hochwertigen Alu Klebeband auch auf Jahr feuchtigkeitsgeschützt verlegen. Der Preis ist angemessen und ich würde diese Dämmung auf jeden Fall wieder verlegen. Der Aqua Stopp sollte die darunter liegenden Fermazell Platten gut vor Feuchtigkeit schützen.
