Another excellent quality product from Cable Matters
The cables are nice, works great and fits right. One thin I like about this cable is that it's not too rigid but thick enough that you can feel the quality and heavy shielding. Using them with my USB 3.0 compatible scanner, it worked fine and without problems. This two pack cost less than $8.00 so they're good spare cables to have lying around

Updated Review after Replacement Sent
The customer service for Cable Matter is excellent, one of the best. They sent me an email, offered to replace the cables. The replacement cables work now and happy with these cables.(old review below)-------------------------------------------------This cable works, but not completely. I attached it to my Microsoft Surface Docking Station where I dock my Surface Pro 2. My Dell S2340T Monitor can take a USB 3.0 SS to display.I get the picture on the monitor, but it is not working entirely properly -- the touchscreen doesn't always work and for some reason the mouse cursor doesn't even show up on the screen.I thought it was the OS or something else, but tried both an Accell A111B-003B Preimum USB 3.0 A/B Cable .9 meters Black and the original one the monitor came with from Dell and they both work instantly.Therefore, some signals are clearly not sending and I highly recommend you be cautious before you purchase. This could be a one-off situation, but there seem to be others that have issues as well.Again the cable "works" but not entirely.

Perfect for DAS
I bought a DAS that came with a cable that was comically short. This 10-foot USB 3.0 cable is more than long enough, and transmits data reliably. Recommended.
