The cookies were completely crushed up when I received them. ll 3 boxes had crushed cookiies!
the cookies were tasty but very crushed up. Not worthy of the cost. 3 boxes were crushed! Looked like someone stomped on them!

So good
I love Scottish oat biscuits aka crackers but here in the USA they can be quite pricey. This box is reasonable bordering a great deal. Walkers calls them Shortbread Oat crackers meaning they are very short which for the non-bakers means having a lot of butter or shortening in the dough. I think they are delicious, so much so that I've been eating them plain right out of the box. However, eventually, I'll have some with cheese. I think they're a terrific foil for both hard and soft, spicy and sweet cheeses. Although there are different shapes, to me they tasted the same except for the large round ones in the center of the box, which were a tiny touch sweet. They're also good with butter and honey or honey alone. I'd buy them again in an instant.

Delicious but fragile
I ordered two boxes. They're great with cheese, much like coarser "oaties" but one of the two boxes arrived without a single intact biscuit inside. The other (I opened it immediately to check) had only one fractured cracker. I wouldn't give them as a gift unless I checked them first -- and I would be reluctant to give someone an opened box. As I said, they are delicious. But one of my boxes appears to have been kicked all the way from Scotland.

Were these crackers made from Peat Moss?
I'm sorry to write a negative review but I can't help it. These crackers? are the worst crackers I have ever tasted. They are dry to the point of falling apart. They literally taste like they were made from grass or something. In the book series The Outlander they describe what they had to eat and these crackers taste like what they described....nuts and twigs! Even the sweeter round ones are pretty tasteless. Their shortbread cookies/biscuits are very good but stay away from the crackers.

Not bad but didn't really care for them myself
I've never had these before and have been trying out snacks from all over the world so I thought I'd give them a go. I tried them plain, with dip and with cheese. With cheese is the way to go as they are definitely an acquired taste. No, I didn't hate them but didn't love them either. They're......different. They are much thicker than most crackers people use for cheese here in the USA. I feel whatever cheese you use with these needs to have a good solid flavor, otherwise it would get overpowered by the oat taste. They are a bit crumbly when chewing. I think if I had a stronger flavored cheese, they would be pretty good but with what I had, they were just ok.

They are awesome Scottish oatcakes
Nice variety of shapes and I love that I get Scottish oatcakes and slightly sweet digestives in one package. Oatcakes by nature are bland and more of a vehicle for tasty toppings like Brie and fig jam or havarti and pepper jelly ( well now I’m hungry again). That being said, this box is a very good value and a nice mix.

Delcious - softer texture than shortbread - distinctive flavors - LOVE them
Delicious assortment of non-traditional (at least for us) Walkers cookies. They're not shortbread so can't take much of a dunking. The flavors are distinct & true to ingredients. The raspberry white chocolate had a delicate berry & oatmeal taste with a smoothness I think of when white chocolate is noted. The oatmeal honey were grainier than the others with a honey note I think of as 'heather honey' - I love lots of different honeys & this tasted a bit floral. The chocolate was a surprise - I'm not a chocolate person in general but these I liked. Again with the soft texture with a nice smooth chocolate flavor - distinctively different between chips & dough. We bought them on the subscribe & save at what I consider a great price of ~$13.50 for 18 cookies -about what we pay per cookie at the local bakery.

Poorly packaged - lots broken - not presentable
1/3 were broken 😞 minimal ‘bubble wrap’ inside the shipping box (2 boxes of crackers). 1/2 of the bubbles were deflated and the boxes were not wrapped individually. The smaller crackers were tasteless, the large rounds ones were good. Won’t order again.

Brand ‘Walkers’ is primarily known for its shortbread fingers, petit fours, and highlanders. However, it was on ‘Amazon India’, that I came to know, that it also manufactures chocolate chip, honey, and raspberry flavoured biscuits. This assortment marks a break from the ‘Walkers’ shortbread, which is one of the more saleable products from the brand. This does not mean that these biscuits are not worthy in themselves. They certainly are of good-quality: my Mom, who prefers plain and lemon biscuits over chocolate and fruit-based ones, found these to be pleasant enough to be had with tea. This product can be tried at least once.
