I've just received my oscilloscope but there are only leads for circuit testing, should this have the oscilloscope leads also?

Hi, You'll need to clarify which leads you've received as both the probes and meter test leads are use for circuit testing. If I were you, I'd review the description of the model you ordered (I'm sure there are 4 models for this scope). The description in the link in your question says: 1 * HO102 Digital Oscilloscope, 1 * carrying bag, 1 * oscilloscope probe, 1 * adapter, 1 * USB cable, 1 * multimeter pen, 1 * instructions, 1 * CD, 1 * calibration pen.

Can it display a current waveform?

The Oscilloscope function is just that, a voltage display. You can show current waveform by monitoring the voltage across a low value resistor in series with your test circuit
