I was thrust into the world of rinsing my sinuses regularly after... Not one... Not two... But three lots of sinus surgery within 12 months! 🤣 Part of my recovery was to rinse multiple times are my surgery. These handy size packets were easy to use as it's all measured out. Miss with boiling hot water.. Allow to cool and away you go. It does not sting when you use. I would day it was good value for money. Especially when you are recovering from surgery and you aren't feeling very well... These are all set for you. I know friends that rinse with that too help with colds and hay fever ect.

I’ve suffered with blocked sinuses for years and was given a sinus rinse kit by an ENT consultant. The branded sachets that came with that rinse were really pricey so I was glad to find an alternative that did the same job for less. It’s a perfect measure of salt for the nasal rinse and clears the sinuses without any discomfort

Did not sting my nose or burn my brain 😄. Works well when i used it with the myself rinse bottle. Good value for the amount you get. Helped to clear sinus

I bought these due to the price and reviews saying you can use them with the standard Neti pot but unfortunately you can't. These packs need to be dissolved in more water than fits in most standard pots, meaning it can be quite painful. I wouldn't recommend

Been using the 'top brand' of nasal salts for over ten years and thought I'd give these ones a try (about 50% cheaper......). Silght faff opening them but not a big issue - other than that I've been very impressed. I suffer from dodgy sinuses and suspect that these salts are a bit stronger - I've noticed a fairly big difference in the month or so that I've been using these. Much clearer sinuses, better sense of taste and smell. Would recommend.

Van de lujo los enjuagues para las alergias. Desde que las probé, no me faltan. Eso sí, tienes que hacer los enjuagues todos los días sin falta.

One side is easier to open than the other. Took me way to long to realise that... They are super handy, and it doesn't sting so its the right mix of stuff.
