Easily 5 stars with a minor adjustment to let the wheels spin freely. I’ve added the link below. You just need to add these special thin bearing washers on each side of the wheel and it rolls with zero resistance! This thing is a tank. Such a good asset for training my athletes. Very versatile and the loops are nice so you can just use a carabiner to attach bands vs looping them around the bar and risking them rubbing on the ground. Needed a bar for T-bar rows. But don't make the mistake I did. Get the other handle without rotator thing if you want to use this for T-Bar rows as the bar won't sit perfectly in the middle. My fault. Still good for rowing when attached to a machine though.
