Very good, and thick. However its just a bit on the tight side for a man, I have a different one that is slightly larger. But quality is good and keeps cold for long.

This cap is brilliant. Really helps with headaches and you can turn it around so it works on your neck too. Better than the one bought a while back that was three times the price!

It’s okay but it doesn’t stay cold for long enough

I was skeptical but decided to try it anyway. It does help when you have a headache/migraine but not for every type of headaches. Very good when the lights are making it worse, and gives a cooling sensation.

Bought this as me and my partner have headaches a lot. It’s definitely somewhat effective bit not as much as i hoped. It takes the edge off though. You can put it in the freezer before use but I tried this and it was way too cold it was uncomfortable. I find the standard temperature of it is fine since it’s a gel like material inside. It’s quite tight as well which could help with certain headaches but you can’t keep it on too long. I think it’s quite good for the price but probably wouldn’t recommend.

Très efficace pour lutter contre les migraines. Je le mets au congélateur et je sors 10min avant de l'utiliser. Il sert bien la tête! Le froid est difficile à encaisser au début mais en se forçant à le garder les effets apparaissent. En gros pas agréable au moment de le mettre mais grand soulagement au bout de quelques minutes. Isole bien de la lumière!
