UCO Grilliput Firebowl

although smaller than I thought I was amazed at how this works, its so well made and beautifully designed its almost worth it just to watch it open and close. in conjunction with the grilliput grill it makes a stylish and efficient barbeque, just the right size for one "light the outside paper" bag of charcoal. cleaned up well and no distortion due to heat. though i have a motorhome space is always an issue when packing, this is so tiny when folded it goes anywhere, it would be ideal for backpackers.

So light and easy ,,,perfect little fire pit for days/nights ,,,design is just so cool ,,love it ,,,simply pulls open ,,small when closed up big enough when opened up,,,and as ya can see we've used it and it's perfect little pit

Nice piece of kit...I would love to give this 5 stars as it is so unique and cool but it is very flimsy and probably will not stand up to multiple uses over time. It is also made from very thin stamped sheets of metal which in itself is not the problem but the edges have not been finished so can be very sharp. Over all I still feel it is worth the price and a good little piece of kit....could be better but still.

I love this very versatile firepit. I can have a fire safely in dry conditions and in soggy ground as its off the floor. I have a grill which fits on the top so I can cook steak or just put a kettle on .Also it packs away to a small size and is very lightweight. Excellent well thought out item .

Bought for my daughter to use on the beach after swimming, it does the job without leaving charred wood or charcoal on the beach. Safe and environmentally friendly piece of kit..

Was good for a single use, it broke straight after but it did everything I needed it to do

The firebowl is ideal for small BBQ's and camp fires. The way it folds open and closed is quite impressive. On a campsite it will certainly draw some comment on how neat it is. Comes in a lovely stainless steel finish but after use the shiny finish turns into lovely shades of blue and purple with the heat. It seems to have worn in well without any significant deformation of the base or petals.

We use this firebowl for our Forest School sessions with early years children. We need something that we can bring into the woods and take home again. It is big enough for a fire to toast marshmallows on or make damper bread etc. Once you put the fire out with water the bowl is cold again so you can fold it up straight away and put it away. Folded up it is small and very lightweight. We did found though that you have to be careful when folding it, as the loose sides easily come detached when you fold it whilst there is some charcoal grit left between the parts.
